Payment in cash only at the moment.

At the moment, appointments are 1:1 only. No extra guest allowed.

I usually treat appointments as silent sessions so I can focus on your nails and keep us on schedule. We can chat a bit during prep if you’d like, but once I start applying polish, I’ll need to stay quiet to concentrate. You’re welcome to watch a show or movie on my TV, or if you’d prefer music instead, just let me know. And of course, if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

There is a 10-minute grace period, but let me know asap if you’re going to be late. After 10 minutes sharp, a late fee of 10$ or more will be charged, or I may cancel the appointment (cancellation fee will apply).

1. Cancellation:

• All cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Any cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur an additional 50% fee based on the full service price.
• Cancellation fee is separate from your deposit.

2. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
• To confirm the new appointment date, the remaining 50% of the deposit must be paid.
• If it is not paid within a timely manner, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee above will apply.

3. Important:

• E-transfer is recommended for cancellation and rescheduling fee, to avoid additional processing fees (20%) from Square Booking Site.
• If the fee is not paid via e-transfer within 24 hours, the fee will be automatically charged to the card on file, plus an additional 20% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
• Failure to pay the cancellation fee, or follow the policy will result in being denied future bookings.

4. Additional Terms:

• Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 3 times.
• Partial payments will not confirm a rescheduled appointment; full fee must be paid.
• All times are local to Vancouver.
• Cancellation/reschedule fees are based on the full service price before any discounts.

When you book a detailed design or a service that requires longer time than my usual time slot, I’ll have to reserve 2 time slots just for you. If you change to a much simpler design less than 1 week before the appointment, an additional charge will apply, as the reserved time likely can’t be rebooked on short notice.
